SHIPPING

Every Urban Aran piece is designed and made in Ireland, and we pack each order by hand.

• Ireland: usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
• EU: usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
• Rest of the world (including the UK): usually delivered within 21 working days.

We'll email you if there's any delay. We ship with DPD and An Post, Monday to Friday during normal working hours. We can't guarantee an exact delivery time, and bad weather or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays, so please allow extra time for gifts.

Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import requirements in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility, as is making sure the import complies with any local trade restrictions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Urban Aran piece. If you've bought online and change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to cancel. You don't need to give a reason. Just email christine@urbanaran.com or use our cancellation form.

You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive your return, we'll refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days, to your original payment method. If an item shows signs of wear beyond what's needed to try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Prefer a different size or colour? We're happy to arrange an exchange instead.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty items: if something isn't right with your order, please contact us straight away. Your statutory rights apply, and we'll cover the cost of returning a faulty item.

LEGAL

We're not liable for any indirect losses, such as losses of revenue or profits, which are not reasonably foreseeable when you place your order (except for personal injury or fraud). This also includes any losses caused by us not being able to meet our obligations because of things outside our control.

We provide care guides with our designs and products that advise you on how best to take care of your purchase. We're therefore not liable for any faults that may arise in your Urban Aran design that have resulted from not following these guides.

By making a purchase from us, you undertake that all products ordered are for your own use and not under any circumstances for resale.
